Thank you for your interest in the Insight Clinical Counseling & Wellness Internship Program. Please complete the following application. All responses are required unless otherwise indicated.

In order for your application to be considered, a resume and cover letter must be submitted. If you are applying for a clinical internship, a one-page statement of your theoretical orientation is also required. These documents can be uploaded at the end of this form.
