Lauren believes no two people are the same so her approach with each client will always be unique and different with each individual. She also believes that knowledge is power and that all pieces of life’s puzzle are relevant when understanding one’s journey in life and how to solve life’s issues. Lauren specializes in Substance Use Disorders, Schizophrenia, Trauma, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety, PTSD, Conduct Disorders, ADHD and Mood Disorders/Bipolar.
She holds a Master’s of Science in Education with a Major in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Spatial Arts and General Fine Arts along with a Minor in Psychology.
When asked what she’s awesome at, Lauren replied, “I like to incorporate a creative element in with my counseling for children and some adults and love to hear clients perspectives, dreams, goals and fears. I am genuinely interested in people.”
