Lexi Denney, LPC

Lexi believes counseling to be a truly collaborative experience between the counselor and the client and can be a vulnerable place that requires a sense of trust. She also believes that a person already has it inside them to become whole. Through the therapeutic relationship, Lexi strives to walk alongside clients’ stories and provide a safe space to be your authentic and genuine self. Together, the counseling process can be molded into what you specifically need it to be.

Currently she is still exploring specialties and areas of practice. She is excited to continue exploring different areas in the world of mental health.

Lexi will be graduating with her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University in the Fall of 2025.

When asked what Lexi believes she is awesome at, Lexi replied, “I am good at meeting people right where they are at wherever that may be when starting their counseling journey. I strive to show my clients that I am a real and authentic human being and that they are also human beings worthy of understanding and respect.”
