Michael believes that each of us look at the world through a window that is shaped by a combination of biologics, environment, experiences, and both individual and group beliefs. No window that each person looks through is the same, some may have scratches, dirt, or smudges, while others may seem to be very clean. As we go through our life and improve or decrease our wellness, we constantly adapt and change our views through our windows. Sometimes we may clean them a little, other times, they may gain a chip or a scratch as life happens. In his role as a therapist, he helps people to understand what they are seeing through their windows and to also help them make changes that they desire.

He specializes in working with individuals, couples and families on a wide variety of issues including family and couple issues, troubled teens, mood and behavior disorders, PTSD and other veteran related issues, victims of trauma or abuse, depression, ADHD, and much more.

Michael earned his degrees in Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

When asked what he’s awesome at, Michael replied, “Problem solving and communication. Seeing all sides of a problem and helping people find a solution that works best for them.”
