Sheila believes counseling comes in many forms, and every soul on the planet can gain deeper insight into who they really are when entered with the desire to heal, transform and truly come home to self, which is quite a journey. For instance, patterns can be identified both in the individual and the family roots that have solidified, calling for excavation and release, making room for new, evolutionary ways of being to help one move forward into fresh territory. We are each born with an astrological blueprint, and it is this blueprint that can provide deep insight into one’s personal wiring, destiny, wounds, patterns and transformational energies. Personally, she has found great counsel in the heart of nature, which she carries with her always. It is from nature’s bounty that she became rooted in wisdom, found her voice and discovered treasure in the soul.

Sheila’s formal academic training is from Arizona State University where she obtained a BSN, practicing in Labor & Delivery and Medical Intensive Care for over a decade in Phoenix. Currently, she works part time as a Psychiatric RN. Starting in her late 20s, Sheila began to explore the Healing Spiritual Arts. Then, she opened her intuitive faculties and took the leap into Reiki, amongst other spiritual healing techniques. She has been a life-long student of Mother Nature and the Cosmic Realms. Sheila is also a member of the Ohio Nurses Association.

In 2011, Sheila established a small publishing company, has written several books, and has edited and co-published others. Over the past decade, she has collaborated with a life-time astrologer of 53 years producing teleclasses infused with star wisdom, magic and evolutionary currents.
