She specializes in case management and continuity of care. With her background as a midwife, she has a tremendous amount of experience with perinatal health (prenatal, and postpartum) – working with moms, birthing persons, babies, and families. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Ashely also loves working with the queer community (from kids to teens and adults).

Ashely completed her Midwifery Apprenticeship in 2011, and her education in Community Health and HIV Peer Navigation Cohort from the Cleveland State University in 2023. She is also a member of the National Association of Community Health Workers and the Midwives Alliance of North America.

When asked what Ashely believes she is awesome at, Ashely replied, “I believe that, on a professional level; I am awesome at communicating, networking, grassroots advocacy and community organizing. On a personal level, I believe that I’m an awesome mom, partner, and friend. I am empathetic, compassionate, and kind – as well as a relentless optimist.”
