Wellness Services

Insight Clinical Counseling and Wellness is committed to the complete wellness of our clients. That’s why we offer a full continuum of wellness services to compliment our counseling services, provided by our team of trained and highly experienced professionals. Wellness services can be an effective treatment alongside counseling services or stand-alone as a form of self-care to help address mental health and wellness needs.
Our wellness services are provided by a team of experienced, caring wellness professionals in a safe, supportive environment at a number of Insight locations.

Nutrition

Initial Session – 60 minutes (insurance and private pay)
