Sharon believes counseling is a collaborative effort in identifying goals and potential solutions to problems.

Her areas of specialty include adults with grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues.

Sharon holds a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University and a Masters degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University. She is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS).

When asked what Sharon believes they are awesome at, Sharon replied, “I am compassionate about helping others. I have a sense of curiosity to understanding their story, listening, and building rapport. Providing a non-judgmental environment allows open communication and transparency.”

“A fun fact about me is I love new adventures of any kind. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I had the opportunity to travel to various places including Paris, Caribbean islands, visiting most of the 50 states by RV. I enjoy riding my bicycle and my most memorable ride was the NYC Century ride which consisted of riding 50 miles through the streets of NYC.”
