Stephanie believes that counseling is a wonderful resource to find support and guidance to navigate through life’s difficulties, you don’t have to go it alone! The process can help to open up understanding of yourself and others as well as find direction for your life path. And, of course, it helps you feel better. She believes wellness is a way of life – tuning into your needs, listening to your body as well as your mind. It helps you to show up as the best version of yourself – for yourself and others.

Stephanie’s has earned a Bachelor’s in Mental Health and Human Services, and Master’s in Counseling from Franciscan University in Steubenville. Stephanie is also a member of the Heart-Centered Therapies Association, National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).

Stephanie’s areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, dancing mindfulness, perinatal/postpartum issues and inner child work.

When asked what she’s awesome at, Stephanie replied, “I love to dance!”

“I have 4 children, 3 cats, 1 dog and 9 chickens. Next, I want my own dairy cow – basically a whole mini-farm!”
