Bringing new life into the world is a beautiful journey, but for many new mothers, their partners and even family members, it can also be accompanied by unexpected challenges. At Insight Clinical Counseling and Wellness, we understand the complexities of this journey and are here to support you every step of the way. From individualized counseling to group therapy, support groups and educational classes, our experienced and licensed clinicians are here to provide compassionate support for both you and your family.

Counseling

From the early stages of pregnancy to the challenges of childbirth and the adjustment to parenthood, we’re here to support you through every stage of the perinatal journey. We take an individualized approach to our counseling with one-one-one counseling, couples counseling, family counseling and more available with our team of over 20 licensed clinicians specialized in perinatal mental health.

Support Groups

If you’re struggling with perinatal mental health challenges such as postpartum depression and/or anxiety, parental relationships, birth trauma, pregnancy loss and grief or many other conditions, know that you’re not alone. Our Support Groups offer new mothers, partners and family members a chance to gather and share their experiences along the journey of parenting to learn from one another and foster a sense of community.

Know the Signs

Are you having difficulty bonding with your baby?
Do you feel anxious or panicky?
Are you having problems with eating or sleeping?
Are you having upsetting thoughts that you can’t get out of your mind?
