Alexis owns Dimensions Healing and Wellness, LLC, which provides holistic services to help connect mind, body, and spirit. Dimensions will use holistic wellness techniques to help alleviate physical, mental, and emotional trauma.

Her specialty areas of practice include Reiki and Sound Healing. She also creates essential oil candles and crystal jewelry that can be purchased.

Alexis is a certified Reiki Master and completed courses including Reiki levels I, II, III, and master level. Alexis is also a Sound Healing Practitioner where she became certified from completing level I, level II crystal bowls, and level II tuning fork courses. Alexis is working to grow her spiritual and holistic knowledge, so she will continuously learn more and hopefully increase services in the future.
