Counseling
Counseling is a collaborative and empowering process.
Jacqueline Greathousen, LPC
Austintown, TELEHEALTH
Jacqueline believes that counseling is a collaborative and empowering process where individuals are given the space to feel heard, understood, and supported. She trusts in people’s capacity to grow, heal, and make meaningful change when they are met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Her role as a counselor is to walk alongside clients as they explore their challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and create lives aligned with their values.

She specializes in those with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Drawing from a blend of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, she strives to create a collaborative space that fosters resilience, self-discovery, and meaningful growth for her clients.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

When asked what Jacqueline believes she is awesome at, Jacqueline replied, “I think something I do very well is meeting all of my clients exactly where they’re at. If someone needs support, I offer it with compassion. If they’re ready for a challenge, I’ll gently guide them through it. If they’re looking to build skills, we’ll roll up our sleeves and learn together. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and paced in a way that truly honors each client’s journey.”

“Over the past year, I have picked up so many new hobbies. I can’t imagine my life without them now! I practice yoga, bake sourdough bread and treats, read books (romantasy is my favorite genre), and I’ve even started writing my own book.”

Jacqueline Greathouse, LPC is under the supervision of Trish Taylor, LPCC-S, E.1700370-SUPV.
