James believes that everyone can benefit from Counseling and Wellness therapy.

His specialty areas include Autism Spectrum, Depression and Anxiety, Trauma, Behavior Management and Parental Behavior Management.

James has been educated as an Autism Specialist, is CBT Certified, and is educated in the fields of Trauma, DBT, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, I-Fast and IHBT. He is also a member of the Christian Counseling Association.

When asked what James believes he is awesome at, James replied, “Building rapport with people.”

“I love the outdoors.”
