Megan believes that wellness can be so many different things for so many different people; but at its core, she believes that it is being mindful, kind, empathetic, and encouraging, not just to those around you but to yourself. Showing up for yourself everyday mentally and physically, being your own biggest fan, and meeting yourself where you are at.

She thinks yoga provides a sense of wellness by allowing your body to connect with your breath to connect with your movement, meeting yourself in whatever version on the mat, embracing both yourself and your practice.

Megan’s specialty area is Vinyasa yoga..

She has her 200 hour yoga teacher training completed.

When asked what Megan believes she is awesome at, Megan replied, “I am awesome at helping people find their flow today even if it looks nothing like yesterday’s.”

“I have a cat named Taco! :)”
