Tricia believes that overall wellbeing is presented through movement. Movement is the key to de-stressing, feeling in control, and being empowered again! A positive environment and movement is therapy for us all. We can forget about worldly matters and focus only on ourselves for that one hour. Self- love can be reached again and we can build our self esteem!

Her areas of specialty include kids empowerment classes through dance, adult fitness & dance fitness, and belly dance, while delivering an environment so all feel welcomed.

Tricia holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. She is also a lifetime member of AFAA.

When asked what Tricia believes she is awesome at, Tricia replied, “I am awesome at dance, fitness, and caring for others on all levels. I teach both kids and adults in a way that helps them to love themselves.”

“I like anything pink and anything that sparkles.”
