School based services assist your child with the care they need to help them be successful, in and out of school. These services are offered through one-on-one work and coordination with school personnel, parents and other service providers.
On-Site school counseling is developed to work with a student’s mental health and behavioral needs to assist them with challenges in their life. An Individual Service Plan (ISP) is developed in order to identify and develop goals to aid in the identified challenges.

- Struggles with emotional or behavioral regulation
- Changes, crises or stressors to the child’s environment, family or world
- Poor self esteem, social skills or bullying
- Children service involvement
- Juvenile Justice involvement
- Behavioral issues at home and/or school
- Severe behavioral impairments
- Mental health hospitalization
- At risk for out of home placement
- Safety risks
- Transition back home from treatment
- Transitioning youth (ages 14-21)
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) are designed to provide support to help meet the needs of the youth with the goal of remaining in the least restrictive environment by providing consultations and support, participating in school meetings, being available for crisis interventions, and assisting in social skills and self management interventions.
Case Management Services are community based mental health services that work to meet the needs of the client, wherever that may be in their healing journey. Our case workers provide care in the home, the school or the community and assist in interventions and the development of new skills through providing linkage to potential services, providing collaboration with current providers and providing support and advocacy in meetings. Services are provided in addition to counseling services in order to meet the clients needs.
