Insight is home to nearly 30 supervisors in counseling, social work, counseling PhD programs or nursing preceptorships. And with a wide array of clients, platforms and specialities, the focus on professional development is strong here at Insight.

Our approach to supervision begins with a strong focus on clinician wellness, not productivity, which allows interns to hone in on skill development. Our interns are also paid, and involved in business and billing ethics, along with clinical skill development in order to create a well-rounded experience. Out of all our interns, 94% of them remained at Insight post internship.
