Boardman, TELEHEALTH

Jennifer believes counseling is a collaborative approach to healing the whole person. Everyone has struggles and counseling is about finding helpful ways to navigate through life. She is always honored to be a part of a client’s journey.

Jennifer is an EMDR trained therapist. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing trauma and stress related disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and substance use disorders. She has work experience in inpatient and outpatient facilities as well as a correctional facility.

Jennifer earned a Bachelors in Sociology from Youngstown State, and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

When asked what Jennifer believes she is awesome at, Jennifer replied, “I am awesome at bringing humor and honesty to counseling. I believe the compassion I have for others creates a safe place for clients to be their authentic selves.”

“I enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking, reading, listening to music, and exploring the mountains. My favorite methods of self-care are walking and receiving acupuncture treatments.”
