She provides health and wellness coaching inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), incorporating seasonal, plant-based foods and mindfulness-based lifestyle practices. In doing so, we rely on the healing power of nature to nourish ourselves – body, mind & soul – and bring balance to our busy, modern lives.
Her specialty is applying a seasonal, holistic approach to vegan diets, but she works with people of all dietary persuasions! Including folks who are just veg-curious or simply want to incorporate more plant-based foods into their lifestyle. Her coaching philosophy is individualized and meets each person where they are at, seeking to optimize wellbeing, cultivating a stress-free, joy-filled lifestyle in tune with nature.
Jennifer received a certificate as a Health Coach from the Traditional Chinese Healing Arts Academy in New York, NY, where she studied approaches to balance body, mind, and spirit by regulating energy (known as Qi), using seasonal nutrition, meditation, and Qigong.
When asked what she’s awesome at, Jennifer replied, “I love connecting with people, and am super curious about what lights up each person who I meet. I love to share my enthusiasm and find ways to inspire and gently encourage others, and in turn be inspired by everyone I work with. We are all kindred and have so much to teach one another about living a healthy, abundant life.”
