Judy is passionate about promoting mental, spiritual and emotional well-being. She strives to help others develop and build resilience, navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. Judy is dedicated to empowering individuals to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of purpose, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Her specialties include trauma (EMDR certified), anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and self esteem issues.

Judy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Education from Youngstown State University.

When asked what Judy believes she is awesome at, Judy replied, “my goal is to provide encouragement and support to those around me. Whether through my words or actions, I aim to uplift and motivate others, helping them to recognize their strengths and potential.”

“I have a love for caring and nurturing wounded and ill animals, and I am passionate about animal rescue. I am a time optimist, believing that I have more time than I actually do. ”
