Counseling
Mental and physical wellness go hand in hand.
Juliana Cario, LPCC
Canfield, TELEHEALTH
Juliana believes mental wellness is as important as our physical wellness and should be treated as such. She also believes that mental and physical wellness go hand and hand. Having a counselor should be as normal as having a primary care doctor.

As a trauma-focused and cognitive behavioral therapist she works with children, teens, young adults and adults on a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, adjustment disorders, life transitions, relationship or family issues, ADHD and ODD.

Juliana earned her Masters of Science in Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University and was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota, the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International.

When asked what she’s awesome at, Juliana replied, “I am awesome at building rapport with clients and creating a welcoming and safe environment.”

“I love my dog, Marley! I am also the author of a children’s grief book called Nonna’s Touch.”
