As a Marriage and Family Therapist, RaeAnn believes people exist within systems. An individual cannot be completely understood while in isolation. She believes a person’s wellness is influenced by the systems in which they are a part of and their mental and emotional well-being heavily depend on the quality of their relationships. She also believes that counseling and wellness are best understood through a relational and systemic lens. Rather than focusing on issues that reside within one person, she thinks it’s important to focus on the patterns of interaction that maintain distress and emphasize the importance of creating change within those interactions to enhance the function of the system in which a person exists.

RaeAnn specializes in working with couples, families and postpartum.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in General Psychology and is currently on track to obtain a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Trauma Informed Systemic Therapy in August of 2026. RaeAnn is also a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have a natural ability to listen deeply and notice any subtle emotional shifts. I like to help my clients uncover insight in a way that feels empowering instead of intimidating.”

“I’m part of the girl mom club. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband of 10 years! Our favorite thing as a family is when we have no agenda. We all just get in the car and go find something fun and exciting!”
