Robert believes counseling is for everyone, regardless of the struggles that you are going through in life. We spend so much time focussing on improving other aspects of our lives that we neglect the one part of our body that keeps score of everything we have been through. Counseling offers many different benefits, such as learning how to work through stressful situations and talking to a non-biased person about problems that may be occurring at home, school, or work.

His specialty areas include Trauma-Informed and First Responders/Veterans.

Robert holds a Bachelors degree in Allied Health, an Associates degree in EMS. He also is educated in FF/Paramedic, OPOTA, CISM, CISD and Peer Support. He is also Vice President of Camp Braveheart and a member of First Responder Wellness.

When asked what Robert believes he is awesome at, Robert replied, “Listening to those in crisis and being that calming force many people need.”

“Coffee and donuts are the key to happiness.”
