Case Management
Small victories amount to larger victories in the future.
Tristan Reynolds
East Palestine TELEHEALTH
Tristan believes in keeping oneself grounded, and always bringing positivity to any situation, no matter the stipulations. He believes in being upbeat and winning the day. Winning the day is a small victory, but small victories amount to larger victories in the future. His belief is that we are always battling and being challenged, which is not seen by others. Tristan’s hope is that his upbeat energy and mindset will be contagious and encourage others to to take on everyday with a smile!

Tristan started working in the school setting in 2013 as a para-educator. He really believes this was a chance for him to make a difference and mold young minds. In being in the school and assisting these young men and women, Tristan knew this was the path he was destined to take. In doing so, he went back to school at Youngstown State for Education. He was blessed enough to land a job as a behavioral specialist for Youngstown City schools. His growth in childhood development is only continuing to grow and he credits that to working in multiple school districts such as East Palestine City Schools, Youngstown City Schools, East Liverpool City schools, and Crestview Local. Being able to see the difference in each area has allowed him to be able to connect with the youth in many different ways, seeing the different challenges they all faced from different backgrounds. Tristan is beyond blessed for the opportunity to be back in East Palestine City Schools, as he provides the tools he has acquired over his 8 years working with the youth!

Tristan has his education from Youngstown State University, with a focus in Education, and the American Military University, with a focus in Childhood Development.

When asked what Tristan believes he is awesome at, Tristan replied, “I believe I am very good at bringing out the best in each individual I am in touch with. I believe in helping our youth bring out their strength and abilities to be the best version of themselves they can be! We are all awesome in one way or another, and I believe I am awesome in helping others find that in themselves!”

“I have been coaching football, baseball, and basketball for 13 years! I am currently the Head Boys Basketball Coach at East Palestine High School! I am also currently a middle school football coach and varsity assistant baseball coach, all here at the great school of the East Palestine Bulldogs!”

Tristan Reynolds is under the supervision of Staci May, LPCC, E.2303795.
